The accommodation is situated on the first floor of the owners’ house and has a separate entrance; each unit has its own private outdoor areas. LEVEL 1: a 23m² living area comprising a lounge, sitting room and kitchenette (mini-oven, 3-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, blender, kettle, filter coffee machine, raclette machine) – bedroom (1) 12m² with 3 twin beds (90x200), table, chairs, wardrobe and shelving unit – bedroom (2) 22m² with 3 twin beds (90x200), 1 sofa, storage shelf and wardrobe – bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet. Two single beds can be pushed together on request prior to arrival. Baby equipment (to be requested from the owner): travel cot, booster seat and changing mat. Wi-Fi in the accommodation. To the side of the house is an outdoor kitchen under a 39m² shelter (fridge, freezer, sink, charcoal barbecue, washing machine, auxiliary heating). Opposite the house is a covered courtyard with various games: shuffleboard, Mölkky; space to park two vehicles under the cover. A grassy, tree-lined garden of approximately 600m². INCLUDED: household linen – electricity – bathroom towels – sheets and beds made up. OPTIONAL: cleaning service €50 (compulsory for business travellers on packages of 1 to 14 nights), pets: €8 per pet per night (maximum 1 pet). The owners have a young dog on the property. SUPPLEMENT: €15 for the 6th person. Pets welcome. Non-smoking accommodation. Business bookings: maximum 4 people. Stays of 1 to 2 nights at the weekend: check-in 5.00 pm – check-out 5.00 pm.
