LEVEL 1: Bedroom 1 (11m² floor area, 9m² at 1.80m): 2 twin beds (80 × 190), desk, chair, pedestal fan - Bedroom 2 (21 m² floor area, 19 m² at 1.80 m): 1 bed (160 × 200), area with washbasin and toilet, pedestal fan. Interior facilities: television, Wi-Fi. Baby equipment: high chair and travel cot (on request). Outdoors: terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, grounds of approximately 500 m², fishing shed, charcoal barbecue. The grounds are enclosed by a hedgerow and a gate at the entrance. Cars can be parked in the courtyard. Fishing and walking pond with a rowing boat available, equipped with a bench, an oar, life jackets and an anchor. INCLUDED: beds made on arrival, towels, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity up to 8 kWh per day.
