LEVEL -1: table tennis, bowls, table football, washing machine, sink, second fridge. Sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra people on request: 7€/pers/night. Heating by heat pump. Wifi throughout. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Outside: charcoal barbecue - enclosed garden - sun blind, garage for 2 cars. Included: household linen - electricity up to 8kWh/d (beyond that, pay the owner on meter reading) - wood for the fireplace.
