FISHING – 2 ponds 110 metres from the gîte: 900 m² and 4,100 m², and 2 ponds 260 metres from the gîte: 1,700 m² and 300 m². Stocked, depending on the pond, with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels and catfish. You’ll also enjoy an indoor, covered, heated and shared swimming pool (6.5 m × 3.25 m, depth 1.20 to 1.50 m), open from 15 April (2027: opens on 10/04/27) to 15 October, weather permitting. Swimwear must be worn. The swimming pool is adjoining the owners’ house, situated approximately 80 m from the holiday cottage, and is also accessible to guests staying in the three guest rooms. Access times are determined according to the site’s occupancy. PETS allowed; the grounds are enclosed by a light wire fence.
