The holiday cottage is on one level: living room (32m²): fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsules, kettle, toaster, saucepan, pressure cooker) and lounge with sofa, TV, dining area – utility room with washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher – shower room: shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail - Separate toilet with washbasin - Bedroom 1 (10m²): 1 double bed (140x190cm), TV - Bedroom 2 (9m²): 1 double bed (140x190cm), desk. Garage for bikes, motorbikes and equipment. Outdoors: Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol. Garden in front of the house and, via a street entrance, access to a second enclosed garden. Included: beds made - bed linen - towels - firewood (1st bag). Optional: cleaning €65 (compulsory for business stays, flat rate for 1 to 14 nights) – electricity > 8kWh (to be paid to the owner based on meter reading) – firewood: first load free, then €10 per bag - If pets are allowed: €8/night/pet. Pets not allowed or on request. Wi-Fi. Business stay: max. 2 people. Stays of 1 to 2 nights: check-in 4pm – check-out 4pm. Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 4pm – check-out 10am.
