The gîte has a completely independent entrance and terrace - on 2 levels. LEVEL 0 : Linen room - Kitchen/living room 48m² (fireplace) - Separate WC. LEVEL 1 : Bedroom (1) 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom (2) 2 beds 140x190 on the mezzanine - Bedroom (3) 1 bed 160x190 and 1 bed 80x190 - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate WC. 2 extra people (children) on request (total of 9 places). Teleworking: office and WIFI available throughout the accommodation. Baby equipment on request: booster seat, cot, bath ring, changing mat. INCLUDED: beds made - household linen - electricity - heating OPTIONAL: cleaning €80 per stay (compulsory for professionals for packages of 1 to 14 days) - bathroom linen €4/towel (=per unit) // wood €60/stere to be paid to the owner. Supplement: pet 15€ per pet/night => pets must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Please bring their own blankets. Outside: natural bathing area (bathing charter to be respected). 1 or 2-night weekend stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
