The gîte has a completely separate entrance and terrace and is on 2 levels. LEVEL 0 : Linen room, - Kitchen/living room 48m² (fireplace), separate WC. LEVEL 1 : Bedroom (1) 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom (2) 2 beds 140x190 on the mezzanine - Bedroom (3) 1 bed 160x190 and 1 bed 80x190 - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate WC. 2 extra people on request (total of 9 places). Teleworking: office and WIFI available throughout the accommodation. To avoid traffic jams, the owners suggest you move in on Fridays. Baby equipment on request: booster seat, cot, bath ring, changing mat. Included: beds made, household linen, towels (1 towel per person), electricity. Optional: cleaning €80 per stay (compulsory for professionals for packages of 1 to 14 days) - wood €60 / stere (to be paid to the owner) Supplement: pets 15€ per pet/night - geothermal heating 15€ per night from 15 October to 15 April. Animals accepted. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Please bring their own blankets. 1 or 2-night weekend stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
