LEVEL 1: Bedroom 1 (16m²): 1 bed (140×190) and 2 beds (90×190) – Bedroom 2 (10m²): 1 bed (140×190) and 1 bed (90×190) - Bedroom 3 (9.2 m²): 1 bed (140 × 190) and 1 child’s bed (for children over 3 years old) - Shower room (5 m²): shower, washbasin, toilet. Baby equipment: 2 travel cots, high chair, changing table, baby bath, baby seat, toilet seat reducer, potty. Outdoors: in front of the gîte, a private area of 200 m² comprising a terrace and a lawn, with tables, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Parking space. On the property: horses and chickens. INCLUDED: beds made – kitchen linen – towels – electricity – gas heating – firewood provided. OPTIONAL: end-of-stay cleaning €60 (compulsory for business travellers; flat rate for stays of 1 to 14 nights). SUPPLEMENT: option to charge an electric vehicle for €8 (to be paid to the owner). Stays of 1 to 2 nights: check-in 4.00 pm – check-out 4.00 pm. Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 4.00 pm – check-out 10.00 am. Business stays: maximum 5 adults. Pets not allowed.
