Geneviève's gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto the living room with fireplace (42m²), a dining area (14m²), a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor comprises three beautiful bedrooms, two bedrooms for 2 people each with 1 double bed (17 m² and 9.5 m²), and a 14 m² bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people (4 single beds); a mezzanine landing and a bathroom with integrated WC. Options: cleaning €50/stay, or €50 for 2 weeks, sheets €15/bed for 1 or 2 people. The house is surrounded by terraces and gardens. The largest terrace faces south-west. A barbecue is available for holidaymakers. You can also make use of the château's grounds (tennis court, canoeing, fishing, etc.). Tourist tax to be paid to the owner on arrival: €1/night/adult. Electric vehicle: dedicated, secure Green Up socket available. Electricity: charges to be paid to the owner on meter reading (> 8kWh/day). Pets welcome.
