Ground floor and surrounding area fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. LEVEL 1: relaxation area with pool table 25m² - 1 bedroom 32m² with 4 single beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom 27m² with 1 single bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 - 1 bedroom 24m² with 1 single bed 140, 1 cot with bars and changing table. Each bedroom has its own shower room with walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet. Tumble dryer. Baby equipment available in the gîte (2 cots, high chair, changing mat). North-facing terrace with views over the countryside, and south-facing terrace with views over the village. Private parking and courtyard. 1,000 m² garden, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and children's play area. Wifi, television and telephone available. Geothermal heating. Weekend stay: entry on Friday end of day, departure on Sunday 4pm (check with the owner according to your needs). For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 6 or 7 pm and departure around 10 am. Reconfirm with the owner. The gîte is close to the owners' house. Animals not accepted.
