Heating with electric radiators. Wifi internet access. No baby equipment. South-facing terrace in front of the gîte, and grassy garden area. Not fenced. Deckchairs, dining table and chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue. Fishing on 2 private lakes (no fishing licence required): 4300m² and 2400m². Area for cleaning fish available near the ponds. River fishing possible on the Uzure, which flows through the property (fishing permit required). The ponds are 120m from the gîte. No view of the ponds from the gîte. Shared with the occupants of the guest rooms, but few are there for the fishing.
